ABOUT ALLIS
Independent, community-rooted, and interested in the person behind the question.
People-first means making room for different histories, hopes, and hesitations. It means being clear about the next step, listening without assumptions, and recognizing that fit matters.
We want the practice to work for clients, therapists, and the people who keep it running. Thoughtful relationships are at the center of that work.

MEET THE OWNER
Before leading Allis Mental Health, Ross spent much of his career teaching high school social studies. His work centered on helping students understand the world and the people in it. Outside the classroom, travel and photography offered another way to explore people’s stories and perspectives.
That interest in understanding people connects his years in education with his work at Allis today. Ross leads the practice with a focus on human connection and community, supporting the clinical team as they provide therapy. As a former teacher and a dad, he brings a personal connection to the schools and families that are part of the practice’s wider community.
Ross leads the practice. Therapy is provided by the clinical team.
Your experience is yours. We start by listening.
Your questions and preferences belong in the conversation.
Allis’s community work includes connections with schools and families beyond the office. The same people-first approach guides how we think about those relationships: listen, understand the context, and make the next step clear.
If you are a school professional, a provider, or someone helping another person explore therapy, start with our referral information.
