NEXT STEPS FOR DISCUSSION

What still needs
a decision.

  1. Which entrance should a new visitor use, where should they wait, and which access and parking details should the site show?
  2. Are all six clinician biographies, credentials, age ranges and availability notes current?
  3. What exact insurance and self-pay wording should be approved for launch?
  4. Is the current one-to-two-business-day response goal still accurate?
  5. Which final inquiry, consent and secure referral process should Colin connect?
  6. Are the new copy, guides and explainers ready for practice approval, and who will maintain their information?

Opt-in emails, event schedules, public Q&A and paid promotion remain ideas. They are not presented as operational offers here. Unresolved workshop entries have been left out.

The three draft actions and proposed measures

Clarify the types of support offered and who they may suit

Draft for discussion. Build a verified service and therapist content outline for the new independent-practice website. Start with the support offered, who it may suit, clinician backgrounds and approaches, in-person and telehealth access, fees, insurance and current availability. Draft a separate referral route for professionals, educators and community partners. Identify missing facts and have Allis confirm them before copy is published. Review the positioning and visual direction alongside this outline.

Proposed measure: an Allis-reviewed service outline and consistent therapist-profile format, with a source for each factual claim and a clear referral route. In a review using the three audience profiles, check whether readers can identify relevant support, find information about therapist fit and locate the next step; record and resolve points of confusion.

Help suitable prospective clients understand the service and next step

Draft for discussion. Map the actual path from inquiry to therapist connection and scheduling, including client choice, therapist autonomy and what happens when fit or availability is unsuitable. Turn it into a clear getting-started page and access FAQ. Explain the first appointment, verified costs and insurance steps, and realistic response expectations. Include an answer for people whose previous therapy felt unhelpful. Test the page against all three audience profiles and refine unclear wording. Use the approved answers as a basis for referral information and optional short FAQ content; agree any social or live-event plan separately.

Proposed measure: reviewers can explain how to inquire, what happens next, where to check cost and insurance information, and how to raise a question about fit. Test the inquiry route on mobile and desktop. Record unanswered questions and fix unclear steps before launch. Agree a baseline and later review of inquiry quality and onboarding friction without setting unsupported conversion targets.

Make service and eligibility information easier to maintain

Draft for discussion. Create one maintained register for services, eligibility, clinician profiles, availability, fees, insurance and referral instructions. Agree who verifies each category, how changes reach the website and when content is reviewed. Reuse approved explanations across the website, referral resources and any emails or social FAQs. Audit the journey and idea entries for generic wording, including “buying guide,” and clarify the eight “see first answer” references before they become delivery tasks.

Proposed measure: each live information category has a named maintainer, a verification source, a last-checked date and an agreed update process. Test one example change across the relevant pages and materials, confirming that no contradictory version remains. Agree the review interval and measure maintenance effort after a baseline has been recorded.
