Contacting the practice
Avoid detailed health information in ordinary email. Ask Allis about a suitable secure way to share it. Allis can provide its current privacy notices and explain how the existing interest form handles information.
Photography and resources
Office photographs were supplied by the practice. Clinician and owner photographs and biographies come from the existing review website. The homepage’s lifestyle portrait is an illustrative brand concept, not a staff or client photograph. The pathway artwork is illustrative. Guides and explainers are drafts for discussion.
External services
The directions button opens Google Maps. The interest-form button opens the existing Allis website. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Videos and office photos on this review site are served as local site assets; no social feed or video embed is used.
Before a public launch
Allis should confirm current practitioner information, availability, access arrangements, fees and insurance wording; approve the new copy and resources; and provide the final website privacy policy and applicable notices before this iteration replaces the current site.
