AllisMENTAL HEALTHStart with a question

Your questions. Your pace.

BEFORE YOUR FIRST VISIT

From inquiry
to appointment.

Start with the Allis interest form. Sending it requests contact from the practice; it does not confirm an appointment.

1. Explore the therapists.

Review who each therapist works with, their focus areas and approaches. Ages served and current openings vary by clinician; ask Allis about the person you have in mind.

Compare the therapists

2. Complete the interest form.

Use the practice’s existing form to share your contact details and the support you’re looking for. You can include a therapist preference.

Start an inquiry

3. Watch for a reply.

Allis aims to reply within one to two business days. That is a response goal, not a guarantee of an appointment. Confirm scheduling and appointment details directly with the practice.

4. Prepare your questions.

You may want to ask about your exact insurance plan, expected costs, whether you’ll meet in person or online, and what to bring. These are questions to discuss with Allis before your visit.

YOUR QUESTIONS. YOUR PACE.

You don’t need
the perfect words.

A question about the person, the process or the practical things is a place to start.
