GET TO KNOW PATTY
About Patty.
Patty has a background in clinical social work and special education for over 35 years, and has had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, and families across a wide range of settings. These experiences have deepened her belief in the resilience of people —and in the power of collaboration when working towards meaningful change.
She is trained as a solution-focused therapist and grounded in a strengths-based approach, helping clients tap into their inner resources to navigate challenges and reach their goals. Her work integrates a variety of therapeutic tools, including mindfulness, narrative therapy, and cognitive behavioral techniques, tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
Creating a safe, supportive environment is at the heart of her practice. She’s passionate about empowering clients to take ownership of their growth, and believes real change happens when people feel seen, heard, and supported.
